Ok so others that just came back, do you feel deflated? down? We had a wonderful time and now the reality of life is tough, that and we were all sick last week....but I am just and I don't know why?

Oh my gosh...

YES! That is completely normal.

"Regular" people get PDD (Post Disney Depression), but there is a more severe form called PWTDD (Post Wish Trip Disney Depression)... I believe we diagnose each other with it often.

It is a feeling like noneother...and it does fade with time and what you have left is the WONDERFUL memories and a great TR to look back on, too!

I figured it was normal, Emma has finally crashed and is SO tired....it makes us worry that everything isn't ok...but we are all tired and Im sure being sick last week isn't helping at all....I posted all of our photopass on my facebook if you are interested...that are several great ones!!

Several of the wish kids have gotten sick when they got home...I guess all of the excitement and doing so much for so many days.

Hopefully you guys can plan a Disney Night or something special but simple to get a little bit of that magic back.

We played our Candyland game some.

It was really crummy for us because it was back to school for the kids. I thought they were just going to fall over and die. And Lauren was SOOOO far behind. It took weeks to catch up.

But it does get better!

I know how you feel. We got back on June 14. On June 15 I crashed I had a migraine, was really tired and wanted to just sleep. No one in our family actually got sick. I think it affected me the most. With all the planning, packing, preparing, and last week of school, I was just so busy. I have felt a little down also, but we are preparing for an open heart surgery probably in August and Andrea is already worried about it.

I have enjoyed reading Trip Reports that kind of helps bring back the wonderful memories of the village and the parks.

So hopefully we will all feel better soon.

I also had PDD...mixed with being bitten by the Disney bug! I started wanting to go back immediately! SO much we didn't have time to do...and I wanted to go do it right away while it was fresh on my mind!
I am pleased to say that I am better now!
I try and remind myself to just be thankful for the wonderful experience we had and remember the wonderful memories we made!
We do hope to go back again next year...but it will not be any where near the same as a wish trip!!!

Ok, I just had this huge fear come over me. For this trip we are bring 2-3 checked bags, 4-5 carry ons, a stroller, and a car seat. I suddenly had this fear that the Limo would show up in front of my house and there would not be enough room for everything.

For those who have gone by limo, are my fears unwarrented? Or should I call the wish cordinator to make sure there is enough room bofore we have a problem?

You should be totally fine. I would expect it would all fit in the trunk.

Your child will be in the carseat, right? and 2-3 bags is not much...

In fact...did you bring an extra bag for all of the stuff you will have on the way home.

I don't know if you remember me from all of your other threads that I post on (I have not been DISing for a few weeks - too busy - and am slowly catching up on all of the threads I am subscribed to) but I live in Camp Hill, PA and am attending Magic Meets (the Saturday session) for the first time! I would love to meet up with you at Magic Meets or another time too (I am attending the Magic Meets by myself). If you need any advice on the area, let me know too - the hotel is about 1 mile from my house. Feel free to PM me or post.

Well it is finally completed. Our TR that is. Finishing it was hard because it was sad to see it finally end but I wanted to get it done before it started to fade in my mind. I am also using it as future reference for scrapbooking purposes. I haven't started on my photopass but will add some of those pics when I get them organized.
We are all suffering the Disney Blues.

This was DH's first time to Florida and his first vacation with us. He is even excited to go back and has been playing the CandyLand and Disney Sorry nonstop with the kiddos (he is keeping them occupied while I am on the Dis)

DH wants to stay 10-14 days next time so DD can visit the village for a couple of days (Princess party and Idol are the 2 things she wants to do).

I never thought I would have a Mickey Husband. It is great.

For those who don't read my TR but are getting ready to go remember if you go to Hard Rock to ask for your 50% off discount with you button. It was great in there with that. Also they give your wish child a pin.

We are bringing an extra bag that I will have originally folded up inot one of the other bags to be filled with all our extra goodies.

The number of bags might change to when I weight them. Just learned that they need to be under a certain weight.

Since some came up and some didn't can I wait before ordering to see if anymore are added. I am hoping they add some more because I know we got some really really good ones that should be on here. Can I log out and then back in later? Will everthing be saved? Or do I save it somehow.

For the missing pictures, look for a phone # and call. Maybe a customer service # of some sort associated with photopass. Tell them what you wearing, about when it was taken and what park and they'll look for the pictures. Oddly enough I have heard so many stories of them finding the pictures. So that is a good thing. It just amazes me that they can find them. Nothing else will show up in your account, they should all be there.

Once you put in your #'s they'll stay in the account. They save as you edit them so if you have edits they'll be saved as is too. You have 30 days from the day you enter the #'s to order the pictures. They'll usually send reminder emails if you get close to the date.
