They were most excellent to us during our vacation in honor of my 40th birthday at the end of October and on into early November. We had a pixie dust upgrade that was totally fabulous and such a welcomed gift. I will never be able to publicly thank the CM responsible, but I will say that it couldn't have come at a better time.

Thank you for that gift. Thank you for helping us with the million questions that we had throughout our stay. Thank you for rearranging 80% of our ADR's. Thank you for "Poly Juice"! Gabby and I are forever grateful for the experience. Maggie
