Major glitch in FP+ system last night

I'm seeing numerous complaints online that there was a major glitch in the system last night and people's March and April FastPasses were dropped, times changed, experiences changed, some were even given anytime/any attraction FP+ etc.... There has been confirmation from Disney that there was a system malfunction. Seems to be affecting Hollywood Studios FP+ only.

Anyone else affected?

And I guess it is other parks, too. Gotta love all that time and effort spent planning and securing FP+ only to have to messed up.

They will fix it but you have to call and sit on hold forever.

On hold now, but I was able to get SDD as a backup vs. dance party.

It affected both my TSM fastpasses, 3/4 and 3/6, and a Haunted Mansion fp, 3/1. I was able to get them back again at approx the same time. Plus I have a multi-experience fp now.

They fixed it and gave us an anytime MFSR pass. That frees up our schedule so this actually works out better!

I had a heart attack reading this! I jumped on MDE and thankfully, my FPs are all still correct. I took a screenshot for future reference just in case!

I have to say I am so glad I don't have a trip planned for these times. Can you imagine the mess the FP+ lines are going to be?

It's going to be....uhm....interesting.

The theory is that the FP glitch has caused Disney IT to shutdown any FP distribution until they can fix whatever caused the issue in the first place. So I'm anticipating it will go back to live/online sometime this week. But, I've got my FP (with screen capture) locked down in case another glitch rears it's ugly head.

Disney just e-mailed me and added yet another FP+ selection. They definitely did the right thing and I am much happier now.

I have/had a FP+ for 7DMT for the evening of 3/1 and I got three emails indicating my time has changed to various times (all around the original time).

So now MDE is showing I have my ORIGINAL time plus my NEW time an hour later, bringing me to 4 passes for the night

Disney IT has got to be about the worst ever for a major corporation. It’s been bad for YEARS!

After they fixed my Mfsr by giving me a anytime fp for the ride... today they gave me a 4th fp good for any ride except SDD and Mmrr. That was nice, i guess we can do smgglers run twice now.

I keep getting emails about my Haunted Mansion fp for 3/1 - same situation, evening fp with the replacement fp around the same time. But they haven't given me any extra fps. I must have fifteen emails about it since the glitch began.

After reading all the accounts of people now having multiple any-ride, anytime FPs as compensation for the inconvenience of this glitch, I'm starting to think those of us who were NOT affected by it are the ones drawing the short straw!
