I hope BOTH of your issues were fixed. You got one issue fixed by getting the reservation reinstated, but I would sure check on your points status.I'm glad that your issue was fixed.
Okay, so I still don't understand how things like this can happen????? How can someone at SSR arbitrarily cancel a reservation????? I suspect there is something rotten with the computer programs again.![]()

ITA! The BWV front desk messed up our points giving us an upgrade I didn't ask for and didn't want!For some reason the room assigner at SSR needed to cancel and rebook the reservation to assign the room. They mean well but anytime the resort messes with your points, you run the risk of things getting screwed up.
I think you can see your reservation here: www.mydisneyreservation.com/dvcwhat worries me is that for example I have DevPoints so I cannot SEE my reservation! AAACK!
I'll call the day before I leave to confirm all is OK LOL
