Major Fireworks Problems

For the last 2 hours I keep getting stuck when trying to go to the fireworks lobby. The bar gets stuck going from room to room. And since Jungle Cruise is only 2 tasks back, I keep having to do it over and over again. I was finally thinking I would enjoy a quest since I thought it was actually do-able, but nope not possible I guess.
Also, I hear people are having trouble with their score not being right...anyone know anything about that?

I usually place in the top five. Today I have played 8 games so far trying to get the very easy (for me) score required for the quest.

Scores not registering right. Getting sent back to lobby in middle of rounds. DCing.

This is insane.

UPDATE: It took me 10 games and JUST made it. I usually float right around 200,000. 120,000 should have been a breeze. It took me TWO HOURS. arg

I'm having several differnt problems with it.

First: when I'm in the lobby and click to join a game, everyone else goes and I'm left in the lobby.

second: when I do manage to get into a game, everything is running so slow, I can't get any fireworks, I'm clicking on the icon and then the star like mad, and it doesn't count me as getting any at all.

third: earlier I could get in and play but graphics were giving me a headache.

Now I can't get in at all, so what is the bigger headache? Playing the game and getting phycial pain in the head or not play and getting mental pain?

Is that you only get through to the next level when you don't want to, and you don't get through when you want to. I tried SO many times to get 120,000 points for the quest, and several times was within 5-10,000 points and didn't get through. What do you know, when I get the score and wanted to get out of the game, I get through to the last level. I wonder why that is...

Now normally I am a patient boy But this, this is insane. Incuding a game in a quest that you have to compete with everyone to get a top score in order to advance! It is bad enough just to try and get to 120,000, but now we have to try and get past evreyone else trying to get to 120,000.

Anybody have an extra pirate hat they can trade me. I do not think I will get this quest done today I really feel sorry for all the kids.

i can almost always get through all 5 rounds placing in 4th or 5th place (i'm slowly working my way up!) but today, i'm getting in like 15th place and i am dc in the 3rd round every time!

My problem was that the score was WAY off! Like 35,000 off! I was trying to get just what I needed so I could get out before the end, but then I noticed that at the end of the level it had the wrong score. It was messed up for everyone who was playing at the same time - so at least I didn't feel "picked on". LOL

Oh - and of course I got left in the lobby several times before I got to play. And then some kind soul in the lobby told me that I'd been left behind because I was ugly. Some of the kids who play this game really irritate me, you know?

I have not had these problems but I have noticed that by the time I make it to the third round, I am not with the same group of people I started with. After the first round I will see some names at the top near me and by the third round most of them are gone but other players who were not listed before are not showing on the board.

I started the pirate hat quest at 3:30 this afternoon and it is now 9:29pm - 6 hours and I still haven't completed the fireworks.

I didn't have any problems with Fireworks today. I started the quest around 11:20am and when it got to fireworks, after I passed 120,000 I just stopped playing and just watched the fireworks go up and fizzle away. after round 4 was over (I had to sit through all of round 4...ugh!) I got a DC notice. fortunatly it registered my score so I got credit for that task and I didn't have to play it over again (I had to get ready for work anyway so I figured I would just pick up where I left off when I got home).

...so now I have a pirate hat w/ eye patch. looks kinda funky with purple hair though. lol.

Well I've been at fireworks for 8 hours now and my highest score was 67,000.

I hate fireworks.

I started the quest early in the day as well, and didn't have any problems. I helped my DD later in the day though - and one time I had a score of 183K and had been in 3rd place the last round - well, it kicked me off saying I had a score of 166K...? It was really weird! Then when I had made 120K and stopped playing, when it kicked me back in the lobby it put me into a queue because the lobby was "full"!

I also had no problem with fireworks. By afternoon sometime it appeared they took the ellimination part out of the game so if you meat the threash hold everyone advanced. At one point I got a phone call and finished round 1 in 38th place and still advanced, got to 120K and watched three screens of fireworks go by before it would let me end.but it seemed almost everyone advanced usually only the top 15 go on to 2 like 10 to 3 i think and top 6 go to round 4 and top 5 on to 5 .
