Major Domo Pie

Can anyone tell me what is in the pastry for the Major Domo Pie at CRT Lunch? Thanks.

"My Major Domo "Pie" was presented in a three-tier pillow-shaped puffed pastry shell, which was filled with wonderful "creamy old-fashioned mashed potatoes" -- in other words "no skins or garlic." The pastry and potatoes were brimming with a hearty portion of shredded prime rib of beef that had been simmered in a Cabernet Sauce, which was surprisingly mild to the taste. And finally, it was topped with sautéed red peppers, zucchini and yellow squash and lightly drizzled with Hollandaise Sauce. This entrée overall gets high marks from this self-proclaimed "meat and potatoes" girl."

I got it last summer for lunch; and while it looked great, it wasn't. I am a 'meat and potatoes' girl also, but it just was mushy and tasted like bad wine. I wish I had gotten the prime rib or panninni. Sorry!

DH and I love the Major Domo's and were sad to see the lunch changed to "princesses" because they don't serve this tasty gem at dinner. The price I would pay for this entree at lunch has just increased due to the "royalty viewing", and the dessert offering for the set lunch plan doesn't include chocolate. What type of princesses don't love chocolate??!

This is my favorite meal at WDW. I'm sad that they have now turned lunch into a princess ordeal. There is NO WAY I would ever get my 3 sons to dine with the princesses. Would love it if they would offer it on the dinner menu; otherwise, I will never be able to eat this again....

I LOVED that meal during our last trip!! It was so very yummy! And then they made lunch a princess meal... I agree that I probably won't get to eat it again unless they add it to the dinner menu.
