Maintenence Fees

I have another question. Does anyone know what maintenence fees for Saratoga Springs is and do you pay it monthly?

yes you can pay it monthly - DVC drafts your checking account - auto pay

Dues at SSR for 2005 will be $3.83 per point. It is due on January 15 each year or may be spread out into 12 equal monthly payments using auto-debit from a checking account (there is no additional charge to do it that way).
