What are the mtc fees for dvc members?

Not sure if you mean "how much" or "what are they"?

If you mean how much, they are a little over $4.00 per point...they vary by resort.

If you mean what are they, they are the annual dues you pay to maintain the vacation villas. They include all staff, maintenance, repairs, and a portion of the management, administration and transportation system at Disney. They are due each year in addition to the original (one time) purchase price of the points.
