Maintenance fees

Could someone send me the cost per point of maintenance fees for the following resorts: BWV, VWL, and SSR. We own points at those resorts, and I'm trying to do "break even" sheet. I forget how to figure in the cost of what I pay monthly in Maintenance Fees (I think they are also referred to as Annual Dues). Thanks for your help.

Is there a reference somewhere for the annual dues amounts? Looks like annual dues make this equation much more complex. Is their a faq on annual dues?

If you do a search for "dues increase summary" there is a great table listing dues by resort by year since inception.
