Maintenance Fees Due at Closing

Hello!
I put an offer in on an AKV contract recently. If all goes well and the contract closes after December 1, I will be responsible for paying the maintenance fees at closing.
I was planning on putting the maintenance fees on my Disney Visa card to earn points then paying it off immediately. If I were to pay the maintenance fees at closing, am I still able to use my credit card? Or is cash required in this situation?

If you are paying the dues as part of the closing you normally won’t be able to pay with a credit card. Only wire or check is accepted.
However you can ask if the closing company accepts all closing costs being paid with a credit card. If so the cost for using the credit card would be paid by you.
