Doc saw me at 123 said I look good. Doc saw me at 120 said not to loose anymore. Ive been maintaining at 120.
Friends/family/coworkers are telling me Im getting that sunken in look - ahhhhh ! Any other maintainers who this is happening to?

I don't have that problem right now, but I know what you are talking about because I've seen it on others.

If you continue to maintain (don't lose anymore) and work on building up your muscle mass, you will lose that look. My friend lost 30 lbs and she is by no means a rail, yet she went through a phase where she really looked kind of sick to me. She finally decided to quit losing and, in fact, added 3-4 lbs back on. She now concentrates on working out and she does look a lot healthier.

How tall are you? Just wondering if 120 might be too low for your height. Especially if a doctor says something.

Christine - thanks for the positive remark. I noticed that with my stomach. Got that sunken in/chicken skin look but that seems to have gone away. Hopefully that will happen with my cheeks too.

Im 5'2.5"

Well, 120 lbs. sounds very reasonable for your height! I was afraid you were gonna tell me that you were like 5'9".
