Main Street Work?

I noticed in some pictures of Main Street that they appear to be doing some work there. What are they doing and is there a timetable for when they will be done?

There is a scrim up at the bakery for some refurb work--just spit-and-polish I think. I think I heard it'll be there for a few more weeks.

There are scrims up at the Bakery, the Chapeau, the Center Street side of Crystal Arts, and the Chamber of Commerce (package pick-up). The Ice Cream Parlor is also closed through March 27th, for interior refurb. No Scrim, just blacked out windows.
