Main Street: Is the Silhouette Scissor Guy still there???

Last trip we had 2 silhouettes made and want to get one of our dog
so we want to bring him a photo of the profile.

Is he still there?

How on earth does he actually do it?? It's amazing to watch

I don't know about Main Street, but I had one done of DD in October and I think he was maybe near Liberty Square....but I'm not 100% sure. However, it definitely was in Magic Kingdom.

As for how he does it.....it's one of the great mysteries in life!!
