According to Screamscape.com, the Main Street Gallery is open again! Guess sometimes Disney does listen to Guest requests...

There are gallery stores all over the place.

There is one in AK, one in EPCOT, one in Disney-MGM Studios, one at Pleasure Island, and one at Downtown Disney (which is the best one, i think).
