When does the elecrical parade start usually? I am going at the end of may early june. I was hoping it would be up and showing by then. I didnt get to see it last time i was there in October cause its a seasonal show.

What dates in Dec do they start the electrical parade? I've never seen it and last time we left a day before it started which was the 14th and the first day was the 15th. I'm trying to plan our trip around this so we can see it. Thank you

yea, i know it started that weekend... but i dont remember what day it started on though. i know it ends today, 1/7.

I will be there late in the day May 13th (mothers day) Mon and Tues. Will it be running then? i have not seen it sense before they took it away from DL back in the 90's. I am dying to see it, I just love that music.

Last week it was at 8:45. My girls love to ride the Golden Zepher during the parade and watch the floats from up there.

Disney's electrical Parade usually only runs about Memorial day -Labor day.. When the park Closes at 8pm in the summer it runs then. I think this year it was a special thing to have at Christmas time..

Rumor has been passed that Electrical Parade is moving over to Tokyo Disney...

nothing i guess... they got nothing running in its slot right now... the EP is still in the same warehouse though, havent moved.

I totally hope they dont. I've never seen it before. Although I am not shocked something so good is going to Tokyo. They need a perk me up. It was on the news about a month ago that Tokyo Disney is doing really horrible, like worse then DCA horrible.

I had heard that there was a second set of the Electric Light Parade (from WDW?) and that was what was going over to Tokyo. I didn't think that it was DCA's parade that was leaving. It would be nice if they showed this parade year round. I've missed it on my last few trips.

That is a very old rumor about EP going to Tokyo. Yes, Tokyo got its own version, but they did not take ours away.

We are EP fanatics and base all our trips on when it will be showing. For the last 3 years they have shown the EP during the most peak times:

Christmas peak (usually starting 12/15 and ending last day of Christmas season which was 1/7 this year)
Easter/Spring Break peak (2 weeks surrounding Easter)
Memorial Day through Labor Day

Interesting enough, i was also told that Tokyo Disney isnt fully owned by Disney. I was trying to figure out why my CM ID and my pass cant be used there and thats what i found out... So i guess Disney doesnt really care?
