What have you been able to get from the Main Street Bakery for a snack or counter service on the dining plan?

We love the Main street bakery so I would like to know this too....

Someone told me they let you choose 2 things and a drink in exchange for a counter service and I thought they said there was a snack option too but it might have just been a drink or rice krispie treat.

Even though I am not sure, at least my post will bump this up again so someone who really knows can answer.

I'm thinking about calling them and asking them because the Main Street Bakery is an important part of my vacation!

we went there on April 28th and this is what they said

Counter service was any 2 items and a medium drink. They did have some sandwiches, but it could be ANY two things. Since a normal counter service is really 3 things - entree, side and dessert- plus drink, we didn't think this was a wise use of our credit so we just paid cash.

Table service - got a large lemonade to split. It wouldn't take it. Said it had to be a medium. Than it took 20 minutes for her to try to undo that and ring it as a medium instead. It was a major pain in the behind.

So, yes, you can use it as a counter service, but really you aren't getting your money's worth. MAy be worth doing anyway, maybe not. That would have to be up to you. We DID enjoy our huge cinnabon roll and apple strudel thing, but it was only $8 for that, not worth using up a counter service for when we were averaging more like $15 for each credit everywhere else.
