I’ve seen several different lunch menus for cruises posted online but wasn’t sure if they rotate menus daily or if they have the same thing offered each day. I think breakfast is the same daily so just trying to see if lunch options change or not

The lunch does change. There are some items always there too, like salads and burgers, but the entree does change

Yes, different daily lunch menu. When you're on the ship, you can see the daily menus for the week. We ate lunch once in the MDR, not my favorite daily menu, but it's the day we actually had time for lunch.

I think breakfast might change sometimes, like maybe a dish or two, like different pancakes, or pancakes vs french toast. We ate 4 breakfasts from the MDR in our room when we quarantined with our son. I thought there were slight variations each day. The yogurt parfait may have changed too.
