Mailing flat rate priority mail box home from resort

If we have a flat rate priority box with a prepaid label on it can we give it to the front desk of the resort to mail for us? We are leaving on a Sunday and only staying 2 days, so we can't go to a post office Sunday and with only 2 nights I don't want to waste time driving to a post office anyway. We can print the label from home before we leave, since it's only a 2 day trip.
