Maid Service If Booking Through Disney?

I have a friend the booked her vaca through Disney at SSR. If she books through Disney, does she get daily maid service? Also, what about the other things like coffee, shampoos, etc? How does this work?

It is treated just like any other hotel on-property, so your friend will get maid service and toiletries like any other cash customer. On weekends I have deliberately paid cash when we have used the tub in the master bathroom, so that someone besides me has to clean the tub! Cash customers can also get all the towels they want, too.

I think she must be getting a pretty good deal then. She said that she is paying either $439 or $489/nt. for a 2 bedroom at SSR during spring break. I checked it out and going through me might save her only about $100. They are staying 2 weekends, so that really uses up a bunch of points.

I agree with you. Those weekend points are super high. If we could make it down there more often, I'd be doing the "cash-on-the-weekend" thing.
