I put all of our names and photos on our door (would you believe I forgot to take a photograph of it?) We certainly didn't have any trouble from it. Only a couple of people even mentioned our door to us (other DISers) but it certainly made our room easy to find and my DS5 loved helping to make the magnets and put them up.

I didn't include our last names since I didn't see any need and that seemed more "risky" to me for the same reason as stated above - I don't know if DCL always looks at the KTTW card when someone charges something to their stateroom.

Next year, I'll be making new magnets for us (although I may recycle some from this year for my parents door since they are traveling with us and I didn't include the date on the signs and there are some without our names.)

Your door looks great. My DH has been busy with all the magnetic sheets, stickers, printer and computer being very creative, and nothing has our full names, just our screen names. He can't wait to decorate our door.

On another thread, someone mentioned ensuring something personal is on them, or they tend to disapear. Which makes some since. I can see excited other cruisers taking them for their own use especially if they are just Mickey ears....

In response to the person questioning whether a stranger could try to change something about your room... I believe Disney has very stringent rules about this sort of change.

DW is handy with stuff like that... Yeah, she did up all the signs and used magnetic strip-tape on the back of them. They turned out really great! Thanks

O.k. how many of you wrap your door in christmas wrap with a bow in the middle or in a corner? and do a name sign. I will be cruiseing dec 06 and will be bringing disney wrap for our door. Has anyone seen this done? I thought i'd buy one of those mailing tubes a big one to bring it in, so if we bought any posters or maps we could bring them back in it and not get smashed.

Maybe your magnetic door sing could look like a gift tag hanging off of your "present!"

What a great gift to your children! We were originally cruising in December, but the friends we are going with had a conflict and we had to change to January. It is still our Christmas gift to our children, though, and they chose it over having a "big" Christmas at home.
