Haven't been to WDW in a few years. I know tickets have changed but I am out of the loop and having trouble finding the answers. We are headed to UO in 2 days for 7 nights and want to squeeze in a couple WDW days. I am going to buy tickets through MDE but not sure how they are handled now. First time buying last minute, usually buy our tickets and have this figured out way in advance.

1. If I buy our tickets through my MDE account for all 4 of us (me, wife, 2 kids) can I use MagicMobile to get us all in the park or does everyone need a phone and separate MDE accounts with MagicMobile linked to their ticket? I am thinking of the kids, do I need to setup their accounts, phones etc.
2. Should we just get cards and should we try to hit Disney Springs the day before and pick them up or is it easy enough to do it in the park? Don't want to waste a bunch of time at will call if not necessary.
3. I am sure our Magic Bands are dead, is it worth trying to get new ones at DS? Without FP+ and staying offisite at UO are they used for anything other than getting in the park?

Thanks in advance!

You can setup all passes in MagicMobile on one device. You would need to open the wallet app and scroll through and touch the reader separately for each person.

You can get them at the Ticket Center in Disney Springs, or any Park Ticket Window or Guest Relations Location at the theme parks.

Your old MagicBand will continue to work for park entry for virtually forever. Depending on age, automatic linking of ride photos may no longer work.
