Okay so Shelly told me I had to share this with all of her PTR friends. She'll probably be in later tonight-- her boys are ToT'ing tonight.



Last night I had a crazy Disney dream................... about Shelly's trip!!!!

All day long I've had flashbacks of it- so here it is.

For those of you who don't know, Shelly and I used to live about 20 minutes from one another in PA. My house was on her way to the airport.

Okay my dream last night-
I dreamed it was Shelly's departure day and she and her family stopped by my house -- and I fed them dinner but the whole time I was worried they wouldn't make their flight and kept telling them to hurry. They were not at all worried about getting there and they finally leave and I'm a nervous wreck.

Then, my phone rings and it's Shelly and she's FURIOUS b/c she got to the BWI and they had moved her to the BC.

So she goes to the BC and ends up loving it and convinces me I have to stay there in September.


So there it is-- my weird dream.

But it's not over yet.

I get onto the DIS this morning and there's a PM from Shelly from last night.

I open it and this is what it says:

Guess what I just read in my AllEars newsletter???
"Luna Park Pool at the BoardWalk closed October 25 for a brief rehab. It is expected to reopen on Sunday, October 31, 2010. During this time, shuttle transportation is available to guests at the BoardWalk who wish to use the Stormalong Bay pool at the Yacht & Beach Club Resorts. In addition, the BoardWalk has two "leisure" pools available, one located adjacent to the Community Hall and one in The Rose Courtyard."

.... If I am going to swim at SAB then I might as well stay at the YC/BC. . .




So I tell her about my dream and now we're praying pixie dust down upon her trip b/c if that pool isn't finished in time........ she'll be headed to the BC!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And that is just not acceptable...... that Keister Coaster has been waiting on her for a year!!!!!!



So what do you guys think??
Do you believe dreams are forewarnings????????????

Personally, I think it means she's gonna get a fabulous upgrade!!!!!!!!!!!

She better get a fabu upgrade if she can't have the Keister Coaster ! We lucked out when we stayed at AKL and got the upgrade simply due to the pool closure, but we had reserved pool view for Keister Coaster being done and an upgrade !!!!

Loved the pick a pearl necklace!

I hear you're supposed to buy the ugliest ones. Not that I'd ever categorize an oyster as anything but ugly. heh heh but(t) ugly.

Hope you get a beautiful pearl.

I'd want a black one-- has anyone ever gotten a black pearl out of one?? I know I've heard of pink ones.

We got one that was sort of silvery colored, lighter than what I have seen as a "black" one. They are really pretty!

We just picked randomly and Paige got a pair of small white ones, and they let her pick again and she got a bluish one. We got to keep them all! I will have the pair made into earrings for her later when she has pierced ears. Sarah got a traditional one and mine was silver.
It's like $18 or something to pick.

It is still cracking me up that you are having Crazy Disney Dreams for me! I guess I'm not sleeping enough to have any dreams!!!

Well, the whole thing is so strange. I think we talk so much that we have become a bit psychic about what each other are going to say! Or maybe psycho!!

So we came to dinner and you wanted us to leave??

I am still surprised by the pool closure. Must have been a last minute thing, because I never read anything about it until just a few days ago. Hopefully they got whatever it was taken care of and it is open today!!

Yes- I invited you to dinner then wanted you to leave!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In the dream, Mark was grilling cheeseburgers and I was handing you guys plates, saying "Hurry up, you're gonna miss the flight." and at the same time I was giving the boys plates of desserts.

I swear if you call me and tell me that you guys got moved I'm going to expire.





Cute costumes! And man look at the candy! Do I see a bag of Fritos in the mix?
The pumpkins are really cool and different than any I've ever seen.

MC did her throwing up pumpkin this year with all of the guts coming out of it's mouth.
Belle carved Beau Gator the Bulldog's pumpkin b/c she'd drawn all over her FIVE (yes she had five pumpkins, she's the baby after all...). Drew did a funky jack o lantern and I just oversaw the proceedings. Mine and Mark's pumpkins are just sort of there.

We are going to get ready to go as soon as possible.

Hope everyone enjoys their treats with no tricks at all!!

I love the boys' costumes. I bet they spent long hours deciding what to be. NOT! In the first pic, I was amazed at the scene outside your window! It looked like a picture-too pretty to be real! I sure wish I had some of that candy right now, especially the Peanut M&M's - my favorite!

That dream of Jo's was so funny. Not funny "ha ha" but funny "weird". Well, kind of ha ha funny, too. I didn't know the two of you had lived so close to each other! I hope the pool is open when you get there, or at least if there are any surprises, they are good ones!

Exactly what I was thinking (imagine that) -- psychic/psycho, whatever.

Somehow I don't think Mark is going to be grilling us up some cheeseburgers at 6:00AM!! And you're not exactly on the way to the airport anymore!! So I know part of the dream isn't going to happen!

We'll see what happens when we get there. . . I will be the one expiring if that pool is closed!!! I will ask to be moved to the YC with a full balcony and a view of the lake!

Yes, they hit the jackpot on the candy this year!! Candy, chips, fritos, and all!! Then we stopped at the neighbors across the street when we got back and they gave them each several full packs of miniature candybars!

Thanks Teri! Oh those costumes. What happened to the days of cute little costumes? DS9 insisted on wearing the same alien costume he wore last year. And DS11 just had to have a black robe.
