Magicband Question

I didn't know exactly where to post this so please move this if needed. My question is how many magicband can you have linked to your account at once? We are going in September and I want to use a Halloween magicband for our day at MK before the MNSSHP and a regular magicband for the rest of the stay and I don't want anything to be messed up. Thanks in advance.

I have over a dozen on our acct. I just grab one as I am heading out the door and never have we had an issue/ I leave one in the car because I have a hard time reaching the gate pad at the resort security so it is easier if I have one that is loose and it gives me a few more inches to reach the pad to activate the gate. So for a reservation for 2 we use a total of 3 bands on a trip which is never and issue.

Technically, you can have an unlimited amount of Bands tied to your account. However, you can start having trouble with Magic Bands if you have too many active on your account. They told me at Disney last time that having 8+ Magic Bands can start causing problems.

I had too many active during last trip, and had issues with unlocking my room (minor issue), and not being able to charge purchases to my Magic Band (bigger issue). They reprogrammed it for me, which was not too big of a hassle.
