From the FAQ: "Key to the World cards will continue to be issued and can be used as they are today, including to access your stateroom and charging food and merchandise purchases to the payment card on your stateroom folio. Your Key to the World and photo ID (for Guests 18 and older), will still be required to debark and embark at Ports of Call."

We go on a Halloween on the High Seas sailing every year. I might have to go and pick up the Halloween Magicband + Plus they currently have discounted at the Character Warehouse store.

Also I hate the way they feel on my wrist. Glad they are currently sticking with KTTW also.

Wish they would integrate more with Apple Watch and Disney app. I know not an upsell like Bands are, but would be nice feature since so many of us already wearing watch.

Very excited about this! I bought a special phone case for my KTTW card but it will be nice to just tap and go. Here's hoping Magic Mobile will eventually work, too.

The FAQ says Magic Bands + will work on cruises, and Disney Bands + will work in the parks. Original Magic Bands will not.

You can take them off when you want. They aren't permanently attached to you.
