And two more:

Isn't this soooo pretty???

(Couldn't resist another one)

Afterwards I Journeyed into Imagination with Figment. Also a walk on (with 10 min posted time). Such an adorable and fun ride! Explored the cute play area for a bit and designed my own Figment. I did e-mail it to myself but somehow it got lost.

In all this time TT was still down. Didn’t matter though since I had another FP for my second Epcot day. I remembered reading in one of @LindseyJo22 's TRs how enjoyable the Disney & Pixar Short Film Festival is so there I went next. In the wait area prior to entering the theater we were shown a slideshow of the various Disney shorts throughout the years followed by a short video about the history, then the same with Pixar. Was quite interesting.

We were shown 3 shorts in 4D- Get a Horse, La Luna, and For the Birds. I absolutely LOVED it!!!!!!! So delightful! Especially the first two. Would have seen them again but for the 20ish min length.

Going to end this update with some photos outside of the Imagination Pavilion:

Disneyland is amazing (I've never done the ABD trip, but I've been to DL twice), but I've heard that there's some great stuff to see in Canada too (I'd love to make it to Canada eventually, but I really don't get to travel much). It's definitely a tough decision, but I think you can't go wrong either way.
And congrats on the 16 pounds ... that's awesome!!! I know a lot of people who have had success with WW ... having that framework and having someone to be accountable too can really make a difference.

That cronut looks delicious! (And how are there no cronuts in Israel?)

Your photopass pictures are beautiful! And your Living with the Land pictures are fantastic.

Love your Garden tour photos! The Buchart Gardens are beautiful. I may be bias as I live in Victoria, and they are about a 10 minute drive from my house. My DD7 said to us when we were at the Canada Pavillion that "this garden look like Bucharts" (we go every year for a fireworks display in the summer) We read the sign and it said that the plants and seeds were from Buchart Gardens!

ALL of your garden tour photos are just wonderful! But I think this one might be my favorite...

Wait, no, maybe this one is...

Okay no, maybe this one!
They're really all just lovely!

(don’t even get me started on my whole single supplement rant)
Girl, I know that rant. I live that rant.

On a positive note, I’ve lost 16 pounds in the past two months with Weight Watchers!
WOW! Congratulations!

First time I’ve ever eaten a cronut. It was fabulous !
I've never had a cronut, either! I NEED to eat one of those! All those beautiful carbs!

Topiary Pooh is just too cute!

Guuuuurl, you so sassy!

Disney ducks! I love Disney ducks! Especially baby Disney ducks!

I know it's been a month since my last update. Just been feeling in a bit of a funk lately. Don't have much energy for anything much, just work, eating, sleeping, and mindless internet browsing. And if it weren't for the exercise challenges I wouldn't even do that. Nothing to be concerned about though. I will try though to get out an update this coming week hopefully.

It's looking more and more like Canada will win out this time

And congrats on the 16 pounds ... that's awesome!!!

Thank you! It's 20 now!

And how are there no cronuts in Israel?

Perhaps there are. I've just never seen them anywhere. But I'll take our sufganiyot for your cronuts any day :D (even with them being only seasonal)

Your photopass pictures are beautiful! And your Living with the Land pictures are fantastic.

Thanks!

Thank you.

Lucky you! Am hoping to pay a visit there next autumn and make it part of a western Canada vacation. We'll see

Wait, no, maybe this one is...
Okay no, maybe this one!

I have a whole lot more photos. You can imagine how difficult it was to narrow them down for this TR. And don't even ask me to try and pick a favorite...

WOW! Congratulations!

Thank you! 20 down now!

I've never had a cronut, either! I NEED to eat one of those!

YES YOU DO Sista! It was GLORIOUS!

I love these pictures! The flower and garden festival is such a beautiful time to plan a trip. I'm always amazed how they can turn something so simple, and turn it into a true masterpiece! The characters sculptures are breathtaking! Thank you for sharing photos!

Thank you! Going during F&G was perfect for me. It really was so beautiful!

Sorry again for the long hiatus. I really did intend on posting an update last week but I've since discovered the Once Upon a Time series, after some recommended youtube clips and I've been binge watching. When I'm not working or sleeping that is ;). I'm now almost done watching season 4. Hard to tear myself away. But it's about time to get this TR rolling again.

At almost 5pm it was time to meet some characters. On to Character Spot where I exchanged some hugs with our lovable friends: Goofy, Minnie, and Mickey!

As I said goodbye I decided to once again check to see if test scores were published. For those of you who followed my PTR you might recall that on March 31 I had my certification exam in Geriatric Nursing after a year long course. I will not go into the details of the exam method (although if you wish you can read a short summary of what it entailed here), but suffice it to say that I left that exam with a horrible feeling. Actually horrible is an understatement. So much so that I threw away all my materials 2 days later. There was absolutely no way I would be tempted to retake it should I fail. The results were due to be published by 6 weeks time. I knew that meant during my vacation and I checked 3 times a day: when I woke, sometime during the middle of the day, and before bed. This time I saw that results had finally been published. I entered my info with baited breath and crossed my fingers as my score uploaded………………………………

I stared incredulously at the number that appeared………

I PASSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:cool1::dancer::jumping1::jumping2::jumping3::Pinkbounc:woohoo::banana::cheer2:

Only with 10 points to spare mind you, but that hardly matters.

I let out a huge sigh of relief as I did my excited “run in place, silent scream” thing. And then I called my mom to let her know the great news.

A little bit of a side note before moving on: some weeks after I returned home I ran into a former classmate. Turns out we all passed (yay!). She also informed me that she heard from another classmate who apparently has some connections that there was a 12 point curve. Considering the year before us the highest score was 72 (passing is 60), and this year they had to supposedly enact such a curve you would think they’d understand that maybe their testing method needs to change. Oh and one of my coworkers who had done the same course a few years before me, and a fantastic nurse by the way with much more knowledge and experience than I have, also passed by a rather small margin.

But enough about that, we’ve got some more exciting magic to attend to. How about some magic shots with an SE backdrop and a Mickey topiary?

Don’t recall exactly when but at some point during my sojourn in Future World I stopped by Club Cool. That is one sticky floor they have there! My favorites were: Greece’s Fanta Pineapple, Thailand’s Fanta Melon, and Japan’s Vegitabeta with apricot and passionfruit. Didn't have the guts to try the Beverly.

On my way back to World Showcase I was starting to feel hungry. It had been hours since I had anything to eat. So even though I had a 7:30 Via Napoli reservation I stopped by La Isla Fresca and was so glad I did. The beef jerky, tres leche, and tropical drink were absolutely delicious.

And of course had to stop for another character, one I had yet to meet:

I really love the indoor element here.

Rode Gran Fiesta Tour and LOVED IT! So very delightful and endearing. Especially the 3 Caballeros elements. It definitely helped that I watched the movie before my trip which I also very much enjoyed. I was smiling and clapping the whole time. Loved it so much that of course I rode it again.

That’s all for now. We’ll finish up this Epcot day next update sometime in the next two weeks and then take a break from Disney as we venture to Universal Studios.

Does Pluto always give the BEST hugs?!?!

Exciting real life update
I'll be posting another trip update by the end of the week but before that I have some exciting news to share. If you recall I was thinking of another NY visit next autumn (2017). Last week it was brought to my attention however that my nephew's bar mitzvah is next year (I have 5 nephews and 1 niece, can't be expected to remember all their ages) so that will require a trip in June instead. And that got me looking into the Disneyland ABD dates again (couldn't seem to help myself) and noticed one for Dec 3-8 2017. Well, Dec 5 is my birthday and inspired by fellow Disers: @SnowWhiteOz , @chunkymonkey , and @Elevationist, I decided to splurge on the ultimate and most magical birthday present ever! I just booked yesterday! So excited! Not only will I get to wear a birthday pin to Disney, but I'll also be there for the holiday celebrations. I've since been poring over pictures of Disneyland at Christmas and reading of the various holiday offerings and while I don't celebrate Christmas, I can still appreciate them. It's gorgeous! Every so often I let out a tiny squeal and clap in excitement! I'm also planning on adding some days afterwards to spend time in LA since I don't know when I'll ever be back.

Birthday trip to Disneyland! That's so exciting!
And Disneyland is really beautiful when it's decorated for Christmas. They do a really good job with the lights and the whole atmosphere.

I love each of your Character Spot photos! They're all so adorable!

Thank you!

Congratulations!!!

Thanks! Such a relief!

Wait, I've never seen this one before! That's adorable!

I have another of these from WS on my second Epcot day (and a slightly funny story to go along with that)

Birthday trip to Disneyland! That's so exciting!

I know, right?! I still can't believe I'm actually doing it.
