Magical Gatherings?

Are we eligible for a Magical Gathering or is that only for resort reservation guests? I'd love to use all the planning stuff when we invite everyone down in 2006 to our Grand Villa (fingers crossed). The Disney website is so bad, I'm having a hard time getting any info without actually putting in reservation information.

Yes you can. You have to have MS call and get you a GG number. THen they will help you set it up. We did this for our trip next month with 12 people.

I talked to MS about this for our trip next August and they said that they did not know if Magical Gatherings will still be happening then. I was told that it was good until the end of 2004 and has not yet been extended. Has this changed?

OH that's right! I forgot that it ended at the end of this year.

I called about a month (or less) ago about a trip next June with 17 people and the cm gave me a Magical Gathering # and helped me pick out a name for our group. Also asked names and ages of everyone and if we were celebrating anything.

So, I guess they are extending it. However, I haven't tried to set up any cruises or anything, yet, but I think she mentioned that we could when it got closer (90 day, I guess).

Don't mean to hijack a thread but I have question on MG.

We are planning a trip next year with

DM, DF, DW, Myself, DS, DBIL, DD (3), DS(1), DN (2). We have 9 people but only 7 paying. Assuming MG is still offered, Do we qualify?

some travel agents have extra coupons for discount rooms at BCV,

my friends group next week missed the 10 room min. but the agent had a coupon code to get the same rate beach club $210.00 per room night ..next week!
