Well, I just found out my brother and his family are going to join us on our vacation. WOO HOO! They have made their reservations at a different resort and that is fine, we both said we still want our own time along with family time with them. Together, we will total 9. I have called Magical Gatherings there and then reservered one of thier tours. However, you have to have 8 or more to book it. My brother's family is more of a laid back, go with the flow, get up and do what they want that day versus we schedule everything months in advance.
They are having trouble commiting to the tour, and I am afraid to cancel it because I can't get it back later. I have offered to pay for the tour myself, I just need them to go so we can all go.
What happens if that day, they decide they would rather do something else, and we show up as a party of 5 instead of a party of 9? Will they turn us away? Or still allow us to go?
And what if I just find a party of 4 to take their place. I don't know what to do!
