Magical Gatherings Planner problems?

Hi all!!


I'm starting to plan a second trip to Disney for this winter with a bunch of friends scattered around the U.S. We were really looking forward to using the Magical Gatherings Planner, but are running into problems... When we first downloaded the program, it allowed us to choose our favorites, but now all of them are deleted from the program. However, when we log into the Disney website and look at our vacation planning pages, our individual choices are still there. We've tried refreshing the Planner, tried reinstalling the program, choosing favorites again, clearing our cache/cookies/internet files...nothin'!!

Have any of you had problems with the planner? Anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?? Have you had any success contacting WDW technical help? It would be such a shame if we couldn't use the planner to organize our trip, particularly since we're so far away from each other and lead such hectic lives...

ok..the favorites just randomly appeared again. what is up with that??

sigh...i imagine they'll disappear again eventually...

I originally downloaded the program and then sent e-mails to everyone to join. It started off great. then I went to also download it on my office PC and it then kicked me out as leader and made someone else in our group leader. I got everyone to rejoin and loaded a whole itenerary inot it and none of the other memebers can now access it.
Definitely some problems there. I havent been on for about a month. I gave up and figured I would try again a little closer to our June trip.

I had problems too. I emailed my sil and mil. When sil tried to join via the link I sent from our group it made her a whole new group. My mil never tried to use it because my fil was crying about how it would make him have pop iup if he did and so forth so she never even tried to do it.
Now i just do all the planning and e-mail the others. They have never been so they are glad to have someone plan things and e-mail them links to cool stuff.
