Online, no. Only way I know of is to call. We just give ME staff at MCO our claim checks if we don't have enough yellow tags.
We did this at Easter. We had made our flight reservation on United before booking our vacation (a first for us, I think. We usually take Southwest) and I was able to enter all of the details for ME when we made the reservation. Since I didn't need to call with our flight information, of course I forgot to request additional tags! I was nervous just giving them the claim checks, but it worked out just fine. Since it appears I won't need to call any longer, I'll be doing this more often!
 
Does anyone know how far out they are sending luggage tags? Last year, it seems like we got them 4 months out. This year, I'm at 45 days and haven't gotten anything. (I filled out the form and received confirmation in February).

I got mine between 30-35 days out.

We got ours for our upcoming July trip at about 30 days out. Maybe even less than that as I know we had already paid off our balance (due 1 month prior) before tags arrived. At Easter/spring break it was even less than 30 days for us.
 

I will point out that if we do need more tags than we've received we use no tags at all. We made the mistake once of mixing them up, using yellow tags on some and not on others and when we got to ME we realized that we didn't know which bags had yellow tags and which didn't so we weren't sure which claim checks to get to ME. The bag agent at the departing airport went too fast for us to keep it straight. So ME too all the numbers to be save. On future trips it was easier to just give all the claim ticket numbers to the ME agents.

You can ask her to and you'd call the ME phone number. But if I bothered to get a TA, I'd use the TA. That's what they are there for.

I got my extra by just calling the regular reservation number. I couldn't find the DME direct number at the time.
 
Your Airline will change all the fight numbers and time

Never happened to me.

Then again I rarely book flights very early.

When this happens (and it most certainly will) - notice you have NO WAY to alert Disney to flight changes on line?

There's a note at the bottom of that page that asks "Have you previously provided Disney's Magical Express with flight information for this trip?
Yes No"?

Say yes then give the new info. Or just fill out the whole thing like new.

I just filled out the Magical Express form online through the Disney website. Has anyone else done this and it worked? Did you have to call and verify or just wing it and see if the ME materials came?
My TA does it all for me. I just have to email her my flight after I book it. Too easy! I used to do all my own booking, but working full time I just don't have the time to do it all, watching for discounts, waiting on hold for an hour + to get discount, doing DME, payments, etc. I got spoiled after trying a (Disney Specialized) TA!
