Magical Express?

When should the Magical Express package arrive? My trip is two weeks away.

It should have arrived by now. Are you positive you signed up for it? If you did, you should probably call DME and make sure they have you in their system.

Not sure if this has been cleared up but in the last month or two there has been a backlog at DME. I booked my DME several months in advance and in the past received the package within 2 -3 weeks of booking. This year I received the package 2 days before my departure.

Give them a call just to confirm that they have you booked. Even if you don't receive the package you can ride the bus. If you already have your magicbands you can tap those at the counter to access your info. If you don't have the bands they will have to look it up.

I contacted Magical Express and was told they have my info & the packet was mailed March 16th. They are sending a new packet & I should receive it in the next 7 - 10 days. If I don't get it in time, I guess we will collect our luggage & then go back over to ME & use our. magic bands to board to the bus.

You don't have to collect your luggage yourself if you don't want to. You can just give DME your claim tickets and let them get it.
