Magical express

Question about transportation. I usually NEVER take Disney transportation ..I always rent a car...I have no patience for there buses. I will be taking a quicky trip with DD4 Mothers day weekend and using disney tansport. My question is : I will arrive on Magical express to my resort and A friend will be flying in the next day to join us ...The room is in my name ..How can she get aboard the magical express to our hotel ?

We have had our part come in on separate days. Just make sure that her name is on the reservation for your room. When you make ME reservations, make sure that her name is on those as well. Tell them that they are coming in on a different day and make sure that they get that information in the computer. On the day that you leave, tear our her coupon and give it to her for her arrival. She should be able to present that when she checks in for the ME and be just fine. Dh and DS(1) flew in separately than DS(5) and I and they had no problems at all.

As long as your friend is on the resort reservation AND you made a Disney's Magical Express reservation for her, then she won't even need her paper oucher for the ride. She can go to the DME counter and present photo ID and they'll print a new voucher for her.
