Magical Express

We are staying at the BWV Sun - Fri, I am thinking of staying the Friday night if I can get a room at Swan or Dolphin (cheap). How will that effect Magical Express does it run from there or just go back to BWV on Sat for the bus??? anybody know??? or have to go by Swan transp to airport??? staying the extra night is a thought right now.

Magical Express does not serve the Swan and Dolphin (or any other non-Disney-operated hotels at WDW) with complimentary transportation.

You can take Magical Express from MCO to your WDW resort on or after your check-in date.

You can take Magical Express from your WDW resort to MCO on or before your check-out date.

But you can't take Magical Express a day of two after your check-out date. If you stay at the Swan or Dolphin after you check out from BWV, you'll have to arrange other transportation back to the airport.

One way to gain almost a full day at WDW and be able to use Magical Express anyway is to book the Hyatt in Orlando Airport or an airport area hotel Friday night. Then arrange for Magical Express transportation to the airport late on your check-out day. Thus, Saturday is your travel day, not Friday. Airport area hotels cater primarily to business travelers, so they often have great weekend rates. And they have free shuttles to and from the airport (although the drivers appreciate tips, especially if they assist you with your bags).
