Magical Express when group is arriving on different days?

We check into BWV on a Sunday, a friend is arriving to join us on Thursday. If we all show up on the room reservation, is the friend arriving Thursday entitled to Magical Express transportation?

Yes We are doing the same thing next week with my dad. His name should be on the packet that you get in the mail. Just contact ME if is not and they can set it up.
