Magical Express & Split Stay

I'm thinking about flying instead of driving to WDW for my October trip. I have a split stay for this visit, 1st three nights @ POFQ, rest of stay at BC. Does anyone know if this will cause a problem if I want to use the new magical express service? Also, how do you notify WDW that you would need this service? Thanks

No it is not a problem...to keep life simple just make 2 calls to DME...on the first give them the reservation # for your nights at POFQ and tell them you will only need DME 1 way...from the airport to the hotel. When they ask if you need return service, tell them no. Then call back and give them the reservation # for your BC stay and tell them you only need DME service 1 way again...this time from the hotel to the airport for the return.

I tried 3 times to do this on one phone call giving them both reservation numbers, etc and they screwed it up everytime. Finally I just called twice, booking 2 1 ways for our trip in November and it worked fine.

Before your vacation begins make a normal Magical Express reservation to your first resort.

After you transfer to your second resort, at least a day in advance of going home if not sooner, modify your return ME reservations and get new (or restamped) bus vouchers and a new show up time for the bus.

Just got back...last night 8/14

We did the same thing, stayed at 2 resorts using magical express.
At our first resort I received a notice/paper the day before we were switching (because M.E. thought we were leaving WDW) requesting that I call asap and give my flight info so they could pick us up.

I called and told them we were switching to another resort and gave them the flight info. I was told to call back the day before we leave.

I did, and we were given a confirmation # and a pickup time.

Everything went smoothly...magical express is wonderful...
