Magical Express split party???

Can one parent ride Magical Express with the kids while the other parent rents a car at the airport? Kids want the Mickey bus while Dad wants to have a cheaper rental car by renting it at the airport rather than the Car Care Center.

Or put another way, do all the people listed on your ME paperwork have to take the bus in order to have Disney handle the luggage?

Yes, you and your kids can ride ME while your husband picks up the car. It will be fun to see who gets to the resort first.

My money is on DH unless he has to get luggage. Then he still gets my bet, but the bet won't be as big. Although I'm guessing the difference is ~15-20 minutes.

I'm putting my money on a 15-20 minute difference but not picking a 'winner' - even without dad having to get the luggage. There's no reason this family can't use the automagical luggage delivery aspect of DME .
