Magical express-requesting a time??

Hi,
Is it possible to request a certain time for magical express pick up? I know they base it on your flight time and typically it has gotten us back with plenty of time but this past trip, it was a little later and then the security at MCO was insanely long so we almost missed our flight (would have missed it if it hasn't been delayed last minute). Does anyone know if it's possible to request an earlier pickup?

We have done that. Never had any issue.

Yes it's possible. A couple years ago we got our flyer thing with pick up time the night before. We didn't have anything going on that day and were already checked out of the hotel (late flight). I called the day of to ask if we can get picked up on an earlier route and they instructed us from there. We got to leave about 2 hours sooner. We checked in and ate a sit down meal at the airport before our flight.

Oh thank goodness this is possible!! Last year we were picked up at 3:40am to head to MCO and arrived to get are bags checked at 5:15....our flight started boarding at 5:45. The man working the airline desk was slower than a snail in the snow. The only lucky part about it was the fact there was not a single person in the security line! It was a stressful time, to say the very least.

When should we call to do this? Early in the trip or wait and see what time they assign before calling the day before?

I have called after we got to Disney. Usually 2 days before we leave. That way we got assigned for an earlier bus.

Thank you for all your help! I'll make sure to call them a few days prior! I really think with tha TSA issues they should just start picking people up at leaf a half hour earlier than they have been.
