I agree with PPs. We allow 60 minutes for bus transportation when we are only trying to make rope drop. If I need to catch my airport transportation 90 minutes is definitely a good idea, especially if you'll need to pick up any carry on bags at bell services before proceeding to the DME bus stop. And since pick up time is 11:30, that means you need to be at DME bus stop by 11:15. Getting picked up at 10am would be the latest for me. Since its still considered early, buses don't usually run from the parks to the resorts as frequently, so I may even heed the advice of heading over to CR to catch a cab. But frankly if it were me, I might plan a nice character breakfast instead of trying to rush a park on my last day.
