Magical Express Question

Hi,
This is our first time going to Disney. We booked our flight separately from DW because DH swore he could find a better deal. We did click on the Magical Express option and got our tags in the mail. My question is, who do they know our flight info? Do I need to let someone know when our flight comes in, and then when we leave again on our last day?

Call ME directly (866-599-0951) and give them your flight info.

They don't need to know your arrival flight info. They do need your departure flight info though. You can give that info to them when you arrive at MCO, or at your resort. Or, you can call them prior to your WDW arrival.

When I booked my RO reservation I didn't know my flight info as I hadn't booked it yet but did the same as you and clicked the DME button to say I would be taking it. Once I booked my flights the next day I went to this page and filled out the info;

I got two packages from DME - the first was with DME tickets with no flight info on them and luggage tags. The second came a few days later and was obviously based on me putting in my flight info. It had the correct info on the DME tickets. I threw out the first package of info.
