Magical express question

My family and I are traveling to WDW in October but have a interesting circumstance. We are all flying in on the same flight and are going to use magical express to get to WDW. The question we have is for returning on magical express. We have found flights the next morning are significantly cheaper then ones the night before (by about 200 for two people). We are wondering if it is possible to tellagucal express we are leaving on a flight the night before even though we will nit actually be leaving till a flight the next morning? Our trip is from October 17 to 24 and it seems airlines love jacking up prices on Sundays. Our plan for if magical express will bring us on Sunday night would be to stay at hotel at the airport as the next morning we would be taking a very early flight. Staying at a value resort is not an option as the other traveling half of our family has hotel near airport for night of 24 th and they were using our originally planned flightbon the night if the 24th to take magical express to airport. Any informationbor claification on this is much appreciated!

So you want to grab an early morning flight out of MCO, but you want to use DME to get from WDW to the airport?
If that is indeed the question, then you should have no problems doing what you want. Just tell Magical express that you want to be at the airport at X time (or maybe that your flight leaves at X+2 hours since they aim to get you there 2 hours ahead of your flight). Simply carry all of your luggage on to the bus with you as you would not be doing resort check in (not headed to the plane, so they cannot check it thru). Once DME takes you to the airport, grab the hotel shuttle and off you go.

Tho DME is designed to work for the whole plane to airport to WDW hotel, then WDW hotel to airport to plane commute, you can do just parts of it easily. I have taken DME back to the resort after returning a rental car to the airport, and similarly taken DME to the airport to pick up a rental.

Yes you may name a flight, any flight, any airline leaving the prefvious night (being your checkout day) and be scheduled for a DME bus 3 hours before that flight. Then you may do anything you want when you get to the airport, for example stay in a motel nearby and catch your actual flight the next morning.
