Magical Express question

Okay I am hoping someone can answer this question. This is kind of a buget related question since I am saving money but if someone thinks I can get the answer someone else please refer me to that place!

Okay we are checking into the beach club on aug. 16 but I have been scouting airline tickets now for over a month so I recently saw that if we fly into orlando on the 15th instead I can save about a 100 dollars a ticket and now that my daughter is two I think that is worth it. So I found a holiday inn at the airport and we have priority points with them so we are staying with them free on Aug 15th. But now my question is how do we get to Disney is there a way to take transportation back to the airport from holiday inn and get on magical express or is this a no no!

how are you getting from MCO to the Holiday Inn? Do they have a shuttle? If so, then just take the shuttle back to MCO and take Magical Express to the Beach Club. I don't see it being a problem. When you give Disney your flight info and arrival time, you can just give them a flight # and time of any flight arriving into MCO around the time you woudl like to get on Magical Express.

Of course you will have to collect your own luggage when you arrive on the 15th and bring that with you on Magical Express, but this should not be a problem.

cepmom, thanks so much for your help. Holiday inn has a shuttle, so we are going to use that back and forth from the airport.

One of my friends flew in a night early and stayed at an airport hotel. The rest of us all arrived on check-in morning, so he just said he was on our flight and met up with us at the airport - no problems there.

I would try to "pick" an early morning flight (or if you can, say you don't know your flight info yet) rather than explaining your situation to the CM. It would get confusing, and I'm not sure of Disney's "official" stance on flying in a day early and staying at the airport.

Another option to consider is staying at a Value on the first night (depending how much the Holiday Inn is), if the price difference isn't that much, you are that much closer to WDW on your official first day
