Hi all! I really hope someone can help me with my question. I booked a trip today for myself and my son for Oct. 14. I used the discount code for my package, but since my son has an unused MYW base ticket, I wasn't able to add him to the reservation. I was told by the CM that I could add him to the room at check-in and he would receive a resort key at that time.
Our problem is that we want to use ME. If he isn't on the reservation when we arrive at MCO, then he can't ride on ME. I did call and talk to a ME representative who said our situation happens and to call CRO and ask them to put my son's name and that he would be added to the room on arrival in the comments section of my ressie. She said to call back in a week to the ME # and check that his name is in fact listed in the comment section. She said they could them print him a pass to ride on ME.
Has anyone ever been in our situation, and were you able to use ME? Or is the CM that I talked to at ME wrong? Any advice on what I should do would be greatly appreciated.
