Magical Express Question

I'll be going to WDW in Jan. I will have a rental car. A friend is joining me on the trip, but will arrive two days after me. Can she reserve a trip on ME to get from MCO to OKW? Her flight doesn't arrive until 10:30 PM. Does ME still run that late? Who does she call to book a reservation on the bus? Doe she need to have a copy of the room ressies?

I would call MS yourself, and set it up for her. If she is listed on your reservation, she is entitled to use DME. But if you are staying on points, I believe MS has to make the reservation for you.
DME does run all night/day. It may take her a bit longer than the average 70 minutes since she is arriving later in the evening but not much.
