Magical Express Paperwork ????

We are 32 days away from our trip. Yesterday I received a letter on Magical Express letterhead that said no info for our incoming flight, but listed our flight # for outgoing. No ME luggage tags. I know I added it online when I made our reservations. So today I called the number listed on the letter and they already had my flight #'s, times & dates. She verified all info without me telling her any. Why wouldn't it have showed on my paperwork and sent with tags? I forgot to ask -- will they now send me the ME luggage tags? Or will I need to give them my receipts once I check our luggage at the airport?

1. It's all done by computers. So as far as why it said "no info", computer glitch.
2. I would not assume tags are on the way. I would call back and request them.
