Magical Express only 1 way??

We are flying into Orlando but going to Universal Studios for 2 days, staying at their resort, so can't use magical express when arriving. Probably going to rent a car for a few days or get a taxi. Then we are going to Old Key West at WDW. From Old Key West can we still get Magical Express to the airport for our return?? Does anyone know?
