Can you enter your flight information for ME on the Disney website? I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but I don't see an area to do this under "my reservations" . Thanks.

No, you really are better off just calling Disney directly and giving them your info. There used to be an area to register for DME online but it was primarily for larger groups..conventions and such.
