Magical express on My Disney experience

I used an online form I found from another post just now to add my flights to the magical express by giving my hotel reservation number and flight numbers.

Does this sync with the My Disney Experience app? I don't see any reference to it on there and want to be sure it went through. Any input? Should I also call?
