Magical Express Luggage tag ?? for a friend of mine.

My friend texted me and wants to know ...can she use her mom's magical express luggage tag?? She is not going on the trip now but they have her magical express stuff. She is flying SW so they can have 2 checked bags... but they only got 4 tags for their party of 4, but now it is a party of 3. She wants to take the extra suitcase for stuff they buy down at Disney and use her mom's tag. Please advise!! THANKS SO MUCH.

If Mom's tag was with the same room reservation then yes, go ahead and use it, no special treatment needed.

Okay...yes MOM is still listed on their DVC reservation but she is not going now. My friend is taking her off the room when they check into BCV. She wasn't sure if SW would say anything since her mom is NOT on the SW flight.
