Magical Express if you book through non-Disney site?

Just checking to see if Magical Express is available if you don't book through Disney. We are going to CBR because of an Orbitz coupon on top of the Disney 25% sale. Are we eligible for ME or do I need to book a Mears shuttle or rent a car? (I thought we weren't but wanted to check)

Yes you are! I booked through Orbitz for my stay this past April and still took ME.

I called, or maybe even just emailed, Orbitz and asked for my Disney confirmation number (not the Orbitz one). Once I had this, I called ME directly and gave them my flight info.

Everything worked out great!

Disney doesn't care which Travel Agent booked your Resort. As long as you are staying at a WDW owned resort you may use Magical Express.
