Your pick up will be scheduled for around 3:30 a.m. For a flight that early you also will need to take your own bags to the airport with you and check them there,

DME is always 3 hours before your flight. Thats why we never fly home on an early flight. We made that mistake in 2007. It was nearly impossible to wake our kids up that early.

When my sister had that early of a flight they took DME the night before and stayed at the hotel in the airport. They could sleep in a few extra hours.

Absolutely a good idea. I would be very tempted to just take DME back to MCO the night before, and find a nearby hotel that offers 24 hr shuttle service...that shouldn't be hard. You may even be able to snag a fairly decent room right at the airport. Much better to get up at 4am, vs 2:45am!!!
