Magical Express - do we need to call Member Services following a change in resort?

We are booked into Saratoga Springs with family, and my husband is the only person flying. At less than 2 weeks out, we were able to grab a second unit at Old Key West to give the family more room. Exciting! My question is about Magical Express. If he shows up at MCO and is officially booked to go to Saratoga Springs, would they have a problem dropping him at Old Key West instead?
 
Technically, the answer is no, this is not possible. The service is only supposed to drop people at their registered hotel. But you might get lucky.
 
Do you have the same reservation number? If so, when they scan his Magic Band/Documents, they'll see he's supposed to go to OKW. If you got a new reservation number, call and give that info.

I think they are saying they have changed which resort he is registered at from Saratoga Springs to OKW.
 

He will go to whatever resort he is registered at. So if they have switched to OKW and kept sane reservation number his Magic band (if he has one linked correctly) will show OKW. We changed resorts just a week before and I didn’t need to change anything with ME. If you are a DVC member the when logged you can chose “chat” and ask MS and just confirm He’s all set.
